Many people these days don't actually sit down and eat in their dining rooms anymore. They end up sitting in front of the TV and eating on the couch. how do I find a replacement adjustable face rest for a massage table model that has been discontinued?

the face rest posts are 3/4" in diameter. the two entry holes on the end of the table are 7 3/4" apart from i.d. to i.d. & 8" apart from o.d. to o.d. every table is unique with these measurements, which is why they're not interchangeable. clever, huh? it'd be effed up if i had to buy a new table because i can't find an adustable face rest to fit this one.

Check on E-bay and then call around to the massage schools in your area and see what kind of tables they have. I know my massage school in Denver had ton's of extra older tables that might have been old n damaged just stored in there stoarge closet. So check that out and hopefully you won't have to buy a new one. If it does come down to buying a new one check with the school for that too! Sometimes past students who never went into massage sells there tables n posts them in the schools for the new students to get a good table at a low cost.

need help with heaters and filters?

ive bought around 4 filters now and have had bad experiences - one had a really strong current - one had an adjustable flw option and i had a whisper filter as well - however most of them made too strong a current

i have a 15gallon tank and 4.1gallon tank

is there any way i can tell what 'watt' and 'L/H' (litre per hour) is suitable for my tank and other tanks as well in case i get a bigger one.

and the same with heaters - how do i know the heater is suitable for the size of the tank i have a 150watt heater but im pretty sure it'll cook the fish in the 4 gal and not sure about putting it in the 15 gal either.

is there a chart or a table or some advice that could help me

i would suggest an aquaclear 20 filter for the 15 gallon ... they work hard, are guaranteed for life, and are silent ...

i would suggest tetra whisper filters for the smaller tank ... i have two of those and they work great and are simple to use ... they have one for 1-3 gallons but i would suggest the one, one size up ...

for heaters the rough estimate is 5 watts per gallon ... so for a 15 gallon it would be a 75 watt heater ... for the 4 gallon it would be a 25 watt heater (only cuz i have never saw a 20 watt heater :O)

the marineland stealth pro are my most favourite heaters ... they are solid black and not glass and completely submersible ...
