What is this tree on Lincoln Road in South Beach?

Right in the middle of Lincoln Road Mall is this aspect of wild trees. Is where the main dining room is open and where the palm trees and parrots are. This is the only tree I've seen that. Is large orchid flowers looking for transmission and also has large fruit like an eggplant (but green). This is half of the outdoor shopping center. No body has been able tell me what this is. Any ideas? This tree is located in the outdoor mall at Lincoln Road South Beach, Florida (Miami). I'll take a photo next Once I'm there.

Should we sell our house or stay and spend money on it?

A couple of years ago, my partner and I bought an old weatherboard house, our first home. We have a lot of money because we have a 2 year old and due in a couple of weeks. The roof needs replacing only the house needs restumping to start. If we stay, we would like to extend to make a dining area, tidy up the kitchen, outdoor terraces and incorporate a laundry room and a toilet. Yes it is we still have a proper outdoor bath! We raise money for the roof and stumps, but the rest would mean borrowing more money. You must now $ 140,000 and would pay $ 20,000 more.

What will it cost to buy a new home? I think you should weight against each other to decide which be the most expensive. Note that you may have some equity of your current home. Although, with the way the housing market is today, is may be able to find a real bargain.
