I am really getting tired of the back & forth of his kids! Any advice?

His daughter is 28, married with a son & home of her own, his son is 22 & just moved with him into an apt. & split things 50/50. He's still a wonderful Father & provider (he helps them when he can financially & otherways). I NEVER will interfere with this - EVER! We decided not to live together as "they" were having issues with it & at that time was not what he needed. He took alot of personal items to the apt to make that like home & brought over things that he had no place for (stuff that's been in strage & ok - his patio set & dining room table. Either way - he brought the stuff over and everyone KNEW it was coming, but now that it's here - his daughter is all upset saying "I am surprised at how much you GAVE her" - 1st it's mostly totes of his parents stuff & 2nd it's still HIS stuff, 3rd - he has no place for it, 4th - it's HIS choice & last but not least - he asked them both first if they wanted anything. Why are they being this way & how can we get it to stop?

Sounds to me like they are acting like little kids, when they are adults.
He has to set the limits ASAP and respect those boundaries.He has to tell his children that he is entitled to a life and to seek happiness, just as they are. The faster he acts and speaks to them, the better.

Ikea table outdoors??

I bought and ikea dining room set a couple of years ago. Now I moved and dont have enough room for it, I want to know what can I do to protect it, or at least make it last a little longer if I put it outdoors (My patio is covered, so no direct sunlight or direct rain will hit it...but its still outdoors) . Or should I just keep it totally indoors? Any ideas, dont want to get rid of it yet, but if it wont last long at all out there Ill rather sell it. Hee is the item description so u guys can see what material it is. Ikea stuff, you know...

Once the veneer starts to warp from moisture, it's ruined. You can't sand and restain. Paint is the only thing to do to fix it. Particleboard isn't to good for outdoors either. You couldn't fix that. So I say, indoors.
