Wedding tables?

HI...me again... another question about our medieval reception. We will be holding our wedding and reception at this nice open area that has beautiful flower gardens. My brother is a carpenter and is making the tables for the receptions. There are only approx. 40 guests. Should we go with the plank style tables with benches on either side which would seat 10/table? or should we try for some sort of "round table" affect using the round picnic tables? (FYI he sells them on the side so its not like they will be going to waste afterwards).

I agree with the first answerer. Plus, it's hard to get up from a long bench seat where others are seated (if someone has to go to the bathroom or something) - you have to try to step over the bench behind you, and that's going to be especially hard on any ladies wearing dresses.

Where to buy flat pack sofa?

Does anyone know where to buy a good quality flat-packed sofa from? I have a very narrow door and a tiny dog leg staircase to get through. I want a proper comfy sofa and not a garden bench style thing from IKEA.
