The Yard House a Las Vegas local Eaterie
American Cuisine
Sushi rice cake with cucumber, snow crab, tobiko, avocado fan and wasabi soy sauce.
The menu is by no means limited to appetizers and salads. There are also sandwich specialties, burgers, pizza, seafood, steaks, chops and desserts. And by and large, the food here is competent without being brilliant, no mean feat given the scope of this kitchen.
One of my favorite things on the menu happens to be the grilled Korean barbecue beef, which unfortunately is one of the appetizers not offered at half-price during Happy Hour. This is serious meat, beautifully charred rib meat marinated in garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar and soy sauce, just as in a Korean restaurant. The only concession to the American palate is that the meat is served off the bone, a minor difference, one supposes.

The network of overhead pipes above you carries the world’s largest selection of draft beers, up to 250 delicious brews. And the menu seems almost as encyclopedic, as if the world’s largest selection of dishes were on hand to accompany them. We are at Yard House in Town Square, a giant beer hall that typifies a new generation of American restaurants. We have become a nation of eclectic eaters, as is reflected by a place like this. It’s not enough to have entrée salads, Chinese garlic noodles and ahi tuna sashimi on the menu these days. There also has to be Korean barbecue beef, Jamaican wings and not only sliders, but also sliders with Bearnaise sauce on them.

Lounge Yard Q&A
Ladies ,,What does she want me to do?
I had a great experience yesterday.I beleive the woman next door exposed herself to me when she was laying on a lounge chair in her yard with a sun dress on and no underware. She bent her knees all the way up showing all of herself and stayed like that for a long time knowing I was there..My question is,,What does she want me to do..If a next time happens how should I react,,Does she just want me to look,,or to act ?
I think it could mean that she is an exhibitionist and gets a thrill from exposing herself in public, or it could mean that she likes you and wants you to like her also. You'll never know unless you at least go over and say Hi to her. If it was a 'great' experience, you must find her attractive. Don't be frozen with fear. At the very least you're getting a nice show out of it, and if you show her that you appreciate it, you may end up getting a lot more
What do I need to buy for the house when I move out?
My boy and I are planning on getting married soon and moving out. We are not sure of the types of things that we need or would be handy in and around the house. We would like to know what items we will need in bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, bedrooms, laundry, etc (in every room) and for the outside too!
We need ideas on furniture, yard tools, appliances, cooking, eating, bathroom items...can someone help?
I have been looking online for ideas, but without success. Does anyone even know a site that could be helpful?
I found that the process involved just buying things as we realized what we needed/wanted. Eg, if I wanted to make muffins, but there was no muffin tin, I'd put it on the shopping list. If you do it that way, you won't end up with stuff you'll never use.
Word to the wise: Remember to bring toilet paper first thing when you move in to the new place!
Here's my list of things I wouldn't want to be without:
Bed
Sheets
blanket
pillows
something to store clothes in
plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery
Some cookware and a spatula
Stove
Fridge
Dish soap and dish cloths
Towels
Toilet paper
Soap and shampoo
Stuff for cleaning the bathroom. Eg. cleanser, sponge, toilet brush
A broom and dustpan, a mop and bucket, and a vacuum cleaner if you have a rug.
A phone
Laundry soap and a washing machine.
For the yard, a lawn mower is obvious.
