Years ago the American Cancer Society gave me a "shopping egg 'cushion of my father when he had cancer. Your best bet for a comfortable cushion for her is to buy a memory foam pillow at Wal Mart. They are wonderful. Wal-Mart may have the "egg basket" pads. A rug pad will not do much to pressure points.
