Hockey training help?

I'm a 14 year old guy, and i've been watching all of the videos, and reading almost everything about hockey training. I've seen some cool equiptment that some of the people use when they're training.

1. I've seen one person trying to sprint as hard as they can, with a belt tied to there waist, and a long piece of rope, (or some other material) going back to there partner who is 20 feet behind them, to make the sprinting harder. Anybody know what it's called, and where i could get one?

2. I have some shooting tarps and hockey nets at my house, and i want to set up a shooting range in my backyard. My backyard doesn't have much room, and my parents are scared that i'm going to break ANOTHER window with the hockey pucks. Does anybody know of a special cage/shield/tarp/mesh or anything else i can put around/over the net to make it impossible to hit a window?
