Is it possible for face cleansing products to cause breakouts?

For the most part, I have very good skin. I've never had to do anything to my skin other than just clean it in the shower. I get the occasional pimple but nothing too serious. Is 800 count sheets, 2 ply good?

I just purchased an 800 count sheet set that are 2 ply. Does this mean that each ply is actually only 400 thread count, aka I could have just bought a single play 400 thread count sheet for cheaper and get same effect???

Also, I'm thinking about getting a mattress pad. Do they make that much of a difference to a good nights sleep?

800 thread count is the actual fabric then they make it two ply anything above 600 is nice fabric.I like memory foam matress pads
