Homeschoolers, it is possible for a green status to be worse homeschoolers a yellow?

We are considering a move to Alabama (state-church yellow umbrella) to Illinois (green state, but the people of DHR and the school administration officials bugs the hell out of educators home). Illinois is always in the top 10 social service contacts in the HSLDA website. Can a green status actually a bigger problem for parents in home state yellow? thanks! ps we have homeschooled for 15 years without any trouble here in Alabama.

I suppose I could be if officials government are not informed about the law, but if you join a good organization of the homeschool legal defense should be fine. - I'm in a green state of Texas - and we have not had any problems at all.
